Operations Manager :

Job Summary :
Thrillophilia is in search of a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.


Responsibilities :

Operational Planning and Execution :

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and policies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Oversee daytoday operational activities, including inventory management, logistics, vendor
management, and service delivery.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and benchmarks to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement and Optimization :

  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams in the design, implementation, and improvement of processes and
workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other continuous improvement tools to drive operational excellence and cost savings.

Resource Management :

  • Manage human and financial resources effectively to ensure the efficient allocation of manpower,
equipment, and budgets.

  • Develop staffing plans, recruit, onboard, and train operations staff, and establish performance goals and expectations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement within the operations team.

Quality Assurance and Compliance :

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of highquality products and services to customers.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality and compliance requirements.

Vendor and Partner Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure reliable and costeffective supply chain management.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and partners to optimize terms and conditions.
  • Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficiency in operations management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
