Instructional Designer with E-learning Lectora

- Analyze existing source content, focusing on reuse and smart modification to add value
- Produce high-quality training material that meets applicable standards
Proven experience in instructional designing, such as audience analysis, content analysis and scoping, and design and development, along with excellent written skills in English.
Should be adept at understanding client requirements and translate them into high-quality design documents and storyboards using 3D animation graphics and interactivity.
Should be able to create high-quality training material with precise attention to detail.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of articulate tools, Captivate, Storyline and Camtasia and exposure or hands on with learning management system will be a plus.
