Introduction

In this position, you will be part of one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers). These centers provide advanced technical and industry knowledge to a wide array of clients in both the public and private sectors worldwide. Our goal is to offer clients local expertise to drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies.

You will collaborate with visionaries in various industries to enhance the hybrid cloud and AI journey for leading companies worldwide. Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Ability to assume full responsibility and deliver components or functionalities.
  • Supporting the team in delivering project features with high quality and providing technical guidance.
  • Responsible for working effectively both independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Aligning Case for Change and Change Management strategy with overall organizational/project objectives.
  • Utilizing Organization Change Management (OCM) framework, methodology, and tools to develop a change strategy that promotes the adoption of changes.
  • Conducting organization impact analysis and designing enterprise restructuring strategies resulting from large-scale transformations, business model innovations, digital transformations, and globalization initiatives, while identifying key stakeholders.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of communication plans and strategies through the on-time creation of quality communication materials such as Mailers, newsletters, posters, and flyers.
  • Supporting training initiatives by overseeing the creation and implementation of training materials using effective training channels.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to establish and uphold the commitment needed to address challenges in workforce transition that may arise and execute change deliverables.
