Job DescriptionServiceNow is seeking a dynamic Cash Collections Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will closely interact with external customers and collaborate with various teams such as Order Processing, Sales, Sales Operations, Tax, and other cross-functional groups.

What you get to do in this role:
- Manage various tasks within the Accounts Receivable function, including Cash Collections, Query Resolution, Dunning, and Reporting.
- Handle collections and reconciliation of customer accounts, analyzing past-due accounts and initiating collection activities through different channels.
- Proactively follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections and anticipate any potential payment delays, maintaining regular communication to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records while adhering to internal controls and policies.
- Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments like Sales and Sales Operations.
- Participate in Accounts Receivable projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing, working with teams across EMEA, APJ, and the US to support the company's growth.
To excel in this role, you need:
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, cash collection methods, and enforcement of credit policies with practical experience in collections.
- Desire to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Keen attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and a commitment to task completion.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
