You will be working as Test Engineer at global grade 15 and will be part of Electrification business for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Quality Control Manager and will be responsible for conducting testing and verification activities for assignments of low or medium testing complexity of systems, subsystems, or products effectively and cost-efficiently and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and cybersecurity policies and standards.

Your responsibilities
  • Performing basic and detail engineering activities and providing optimized solutions for the electrical system in industrial projects
  • Preparing data sheet and specification for all equipment used in industries
  • Preparing engineering schedule in line with agreed document deliverable list, matching engineering portion of project schedule
  • Providing necessary support to other functions during the testing and validation of digital solutions
  • Maintaining network of engineering professionals and shares best practice across different projects
  • Collaborating with the supply chain function to ensure correct suppliers services and equipment are available to support testing activities
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
