As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving New Customer Acquisition and fostering growth through a robust sales team, including channel partners and resellers.

Your results-driven approach and enthusiasm for building a successful sales engine will be instrumental in achieving our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in acquiring new customers in the assigned region.
  • Identify, appoint, and maintain communication with channel partners and resellers.
  • Focus on maximizing sales through effective management of partners and resellers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for channel development, including training, marketing, and sales support.
  • Build relationships with professionals like CA, Accountants, and Tax practitioners through physical meetings and events.
  • Recruit, train, track, and manage the performance of team members.
  • Acquire indepth product knowledge and demonstrate the ability to provide detailed product demos.
  • Utilize and manage assigned promotional budgets to optimize new customer acquisition.

Skill Sets / Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective people and process management capabilities.
  • Working experience with SME businesses.
  • High achievement orientation with a strong sense of ownership.

Qualification:
MBA/PG

Relevant Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably with channel management experience.
