Reporting to a Senior Director of Product Management, this is a role on the GoDaddy's global eCommerce platform. eCommerce platform provides catalog, ordering, pricing, provisioning, and renewal functions. We not only support customers' current pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase experience on GoDaddy site but also build innovative capabilities to improve that experience and drive business growth. What you'll get to do...

  • Lead a product feature or set of features of moderate complexity, driving planning and execution with limited oversight
  • Establish direction, goals, expectations and craft work plans at a team level, working with design and engineering
  • Build to long-term product vision and strategy within own area
  • Clearly communicate the vision and goals of existing and new product features
  • Keep current on competitive landscape and lead innovation/differentiation in owned product functions and experiences
  • Understand user research & data to derive testable hypotheses & drive future investment. Communicate results of testing & takeaways across teams
  • Ability to prioritise and translate roadmap & requirements into clear tasks with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Prioritise backlog and join forces with different teams to expand/accelerate customer value delivery. Influence process, priorities, timelines and trade-offs within partner teams
  • Consistently increase velocity and/or scale of customer value delivered through owned product features

Your experience should include...

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience at technology companies
  • Experience defining and delivering technical product features at scale
  • Making data-driven decisions using both offline analysis as well as experimentation
  • Consistent track record to define and prioritise business and platform features
  • Work cross-functionally across a diverse set of teams and collaborators
  • Flexible to work across at least two time-zones e.g. US and India
