Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to join their team. As the People and Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering their organizational culture while ensuring the well-being and growth of our employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Culture Development: Lead the development and implementation of initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company's values and goals.

2. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

3. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 4. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

5. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide coaching and support to managers to facilitate employee development and performance improvement.

6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

7. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

8. HR Administration: Manage HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.

9. Culture Champion: Act as a role model for Anthrofi's values and culture, fostering a positive work environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion are embraced and celebrated.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

3. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

5. Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives and programs that drive positive business outcomes.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

8. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the technology or startup sector.
