Agoda's dedicated Customer Support Team understands the dynamic nature of travel. Available 24/7 in 38 languages, we go beyond traditional support by actively seeking ways to enhance customer experiences. Through collaboration, experimentation, and a proactive approach, we continuously improve our services and drive Agoda's success.

The Opportunity

If you're passionate about customer service and seeking a rewarding career, we invite you to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in our Gurgaon office. This role offers the chance to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment that values employee development.

In this Role, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.
  • Execute business strategies to enhance customer service.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and take ownership of their concerns.
Qualifications for Success
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Customer service skills including empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service roles is a plus.
Work Arrangement Details
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST.
  • Off on India Public Holidays.
  • On-site work.
