About the internship:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented human resources intern to join our team. The human resources intern will assist the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and learn about the various aspects of HR management.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires

3. Help maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documentation

4. Assist with employee relations activities, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and conflict resolution

5. Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations

6. Provide general administrative support to the HR department
