As an HR Executive and HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy and ensuring smooth HR processes. This is a work-from-home position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our organization remotely.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement employee engagement programs
Develop and roll out succession planning initiatives
Work on organization design for better governance
Ensure smooth functioning of HR processes, including database management
Develop and implement HR policies for talent attraction and retention
Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
Maintain HR records and databases accurately
Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in human resources management or business management
Extensive knowledge and experience in an HR environment
Track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to engage with leaders and influence change initiatives
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
