We are looking for a motivated and experienced Paid Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic META, Google Ads, DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), and possess creative acumen to develop compelling ad creatives that drive results.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, with a focus on Google Ads and DSPs.
• Conduct keyword research and implement basic META strategies to enhance campaign performance.
• Develop creative ad copies and visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Product, to ensure alignment of paid marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in paid marketing, with proficiency in Google Ads and DSPs.
• Strong understanding of basic META and its impact on SEO.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative ad campaigns that drive results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
