Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Product Manager to shape the vision and lead the development of cutting-edge Cloud Observability and analytics solutions for the ServiceNow Cloud.
These solutions will provide internal operations and development teams with:
- Real-time access to service telemetry data for efficient troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Advanced machine learning capabilities for proactive anomaly detection and performance optimization.
In this role, you will steer the product roadmap, prioritize features based on user needs, and collaborate with geographically dispersed engineering teams to deliver solutions that:
- Decrease mean time to resolution (MTTR) for incidents.
- Enhance the uptime of critical ServiceNow applications.
- Boost developer productivity by expediting issue identification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute end-to-end Observability and analytics solutions utilizing telemetry data from the ServiceNow platform.
- Create rapid prototypes (e.g., wireframes) to validate user requirements and exhibit solution value.
- Take ownership of product delivery, defining user stories with precise acceptance criteria and collaborating with development teams for successful implementation.
- Collaborate with internal operations and development teams to comprehend user personas and challenges related to ServiceNow observability.
- Enhance product development processes continuously by establishing standardized workflows and working with teams to optimize efficiency.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years in product management or a related field, with a focus on Observability and Analytics solutions.
- Experience in developing cloud-based products and a strong grasp of SaaS delivery models.
- Robust user research and product strategy capabilities.
- Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams (engineering, product, operations) to launch products.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with operations or SRE teams.
- Familiarity with leading observability tools in the market (e.g., Honeycomb, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk).
