Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing in this role:
- Set product strategy for different platform security products to drive our success as we aim to reach $20B+ in revenue
- Communicate product priorities effectively and build consensus among stakeholders
- Take on leadership responsibilities as a committed owner who ensures positive outcomes, regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
- Collaborate with multiple teams to steer projects through development and deliver high-quality products
- Utilize usability studies, research, and market analysis to enhance user satisfaction and shape product requirements
- Translate complex issues into clear requirements and propose effective solutions
- Create and deliver communications that cater to the needs of different audiences
To excel in this role, you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a minimum of 2 years focusing on data privacy or related areas like compliance, security, or risk management
- Advanced knowledge of product security, including aspects like cryptography, authentication, identity, access control, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk management solutions
- Thorough understanding of data privacy regulations and frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, etc., and how they impact product development. Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong prioritization abilities and the discipline to concentrate on high-impact tasks
- Experience in collecting and translating product requirements into a roadmap
- Keen interest in understanding customer needs, building customer relationships, and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Prior experience working on Cloud/SaaS security products. Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform is beneficial
