Your mission at

Reporting to the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for ongoing administration and enhancement of Salesforce and connected applications and will provide operational support to internal stakeholders.

You'll be in charge of:

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products by performing day-to-day administration, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Participating in requirements gathering meetings with internal stakeholders and document business requirements.
  • Configuring the Salesforce user interface, data model, and declarative automation to fulfill business requirements.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups to ensure appropriate user access.
  • Creating and updating reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Creating training documents and provide Salesforce training and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Working in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements.
  • Documenting processes and technical solutions.

More about YOU:

Education: Certified Salesforce Administrator

Key Experiences & Skills:

  • 1+ years of professional experience as an administrator on the Salesforce platform
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with declarative, "point-and-click" configuration on the Salesforce platform, including automation tools
  • Experience with creating reports and dashboards to aggregate and analyze data.
  • Experience with data migration and manipulation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different functional units.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Experience working in global, multicultural settings across multiple time zones
