Sales Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Introduce company products to Decision-Making Officers of Public Sector Enterprises viz. CPWD, PWD, State Electricity Board, Building Construction Department, Centralised Government. Purchase Departments as well as big private companies engaged in the construction of Commercial and Residential projects
2. Obtain product approval from State and big Private Entities, so that the company is included in their approved list of suppliers
3. Explain company history, products applications, features, advantages, general terms, and conditions, etc. to develop positive responses from clients
4. Identify and interact with potential clients to develop business
5. Engage with and do regular follow up with Electrical Consultants, Architects, Builders etc. for business development
6. Participate in the tendering process by submitting bids, giving product presentations, giving clarifications, etc.
7. Engage with Contractors who secure government projects to introduce company products in their newly awarded projects
8. Coordinate receipt of Purchase Orders from clients, collect payments as per terms, follow up
delivery etc.
9. Achieve budgeted sales in the function of the project in the State

4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:INR ₹ 25,000 /month
