Job DescriptionOverview: Seeking experienced Product Managers with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the 'Application Portfolio Management' product team.
Key Attributes:
- Product Ownership | Proven track record in leading successful Enterprise product development in a SaaS environment.
- Execution | Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Analytical | Ability to interpret information and implement scalable solutions.
- Skilled Communicator | Proficient in managing cross-functional teams effectively.
Responsibilities in this role:
- Define product strategy for success.
- Communicate product priorities and foster alignment.
- Take ownership and lead with commitment across organizational boundaries.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive high-quality product delivery.
- Incorporate usability studies and market analysis to enhance user satisfaction.
- Translate complex problems into clear requirements and solutions.
- Create effective communications tailored to diverse audiences.
To excel in this role you should have:
- 8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a prominent company.
- Hands-on experience in launching products for external customers.
- Proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies.
- Proven track record in end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Software Asset Management, or related areas.
- Undergraduate/MBA education from a reputable Indian university.
