Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager with expertise in Cybersecurity and Identity to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our cybersecurity product line. Working closely with various teams, you will leverage your knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions to combat the evolving cybersecurity threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and successful implementation of the SecOps product.
- Engage with customers and field teams to prioritize features for the product roadmap.
- Manage the roadmap effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality user experiences.
- Develop compelling use cases and lead brainstorming sessions.
- Articulate the value proposition to different audiences.
- Collaborate on product launch activities with cross-functional teams.
- Stay informed on market trends and competition to influence product direction.
- Establish measurable goals and track progress against the set roadmap.
- Act as the voice of the customer to drive product enhancements.
Successful candidates will have:
- 8+ years of experience in software product management.
- Track record in developing and launching security or identity products.
- Deep knowledge of IAM vendors and products.
- Experience in information security solutions across various environments.
- Strong prioritization and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to translate requirements into product roadmaps.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
- Experience in agile methodologies and SaaS products.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in modern development platforms and languages.
- Experience in building SaaS products and API integrations.
