Principal Inbound Product Manager

What you will be doing in this role:
- Lead product strategy to set us up for success as we aim to grow to over $10B in revenue
- Communicate product priorities effectively and build consensus
- Take on leadership responsibilities as a dedicated owner committed to the outcome, regardless of boundaries
- Collaborate with multiple teams to steer projects through development and bring top-notch products to life
- Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements for improved user satisfaction
- Translate complex problems into easily comprehensible requirements and offer solutions
- Create diverse communications that clearly address the needs of various audiences
- Lead promotional efforts across different team members, showcasing influencing skills both internally and externally
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in software product management
- Strong prioritization skills with a focus on high-impact activities
- Background in defining and capturing product requirements to develop a product roadmap
- Keen interest in understanding customer needs and a proven ability to build customer relationships and provide customer-centric solutions
- Drive solution development through a comprehensive approach
- Capability to lead a team and mentor employees at lower levels
