Responsibilities:

  • Understands the business objectives of the program and assumes personal accountability for success of the program against those objectives
  • Work closely with business, sales members to understand asks/pain points and workout mitigation plan
  • Plan, drive, track asks to closure and communicate clear status proactively.
  • Manage sales processes and workflows. Identify areas of improvement and implement continuous improvements activities
  • Manage and report status, progress, risks, metrics, dependencies of projects/programs on regular basis
  • Build a positive, collaborative working environment with all Stakeholders to deliver Programs effectively
  • Where necessary, act as a facilitator to resolve conflicts in accordance with policy and protocols
  • Multitask and collaborate with other departments like legal, marketing, product, engineering etc. to ensure sales receives needed support

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree in business, project management, or a related field
  • Industry experience in Business operations/ Account Management/ Sales or Sales operations domain
  • Total of 10 to 12 years of experience with atleast 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, project management software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
