The Adobe Cross-Solution team consists of skilled Architects who collaborate with clients to ensure they maximize the value of their Adobe investment. We engage with senior leaders to understand and address the technical challenges clients face when adopting Adobe solutions. By blending strategy with technology, we assist clients in solving key marketing issues.
You will utilize your extensive expertise in digital marketing technology to align solution architecture with marketing strategy, becoming a trusted advisor to organizations as they plan, implement, and enhance cross-channel digital marketing and experience initiatives.


Who You Are:


The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of digital marketing/experience product implementation, complemented by a strong understanding of technology and strategy. You should have over a decade of experience focused on technical delivery and possess excellent executive presence. Recognizing the significance of a robust digital strategy to tackle today's challenges is crucial. With technical proficiency, passion, and leadership skills, you will effectively guide Adobe clients in leveraging digital technologies to drive customer value creation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for Data Insights & Audiences (DI&A) Customer engagements
  • Manage multiple Customer engagements concurrently
  • Lead cross-solution architecture for large, complex projects, requiring proficiency in multiple Adobe products
  • Utilize executive presence, digital marketing strategy, and technical expertise to lead project teams through various stages of consulting engagements and drive customer success
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Customer Success Manager (SCSM), Account Executives, and Global POD leaders across various regions
  • Provide strategic direction and foundational guidance for customer engagements, promoting self-sufficiency and progress


Technical Expertise:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in designing solutions involving Adobe products
  • Proficiency in integration architecture patterns
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AJO, CJA & personalization platforms) and Digital marketing strategy
  • Prior experience in leading technical roles for web applications or analytics implementations
  • Design or implementation expertise in Web Analytics, Personalization, Customer Data Platforms, and Customer Journey Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA, Adobe Launch, Mobile SDK
  • Provide guidance on implementations, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer recommendations based on assessments and best practices
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and waterfall
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Desire to contribute to new tool practices and drive innovation within Customer Success Council
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Proven team management capabilities in virtual team settings
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments with diverse stakeholders

  • Architect multiple solutions aligning with client standards, use cases, and technical requirements
  • Develop phased roadmaps based on industry best practices, priorities, and technology dependencies
  • Contribute to clients' digital marketing strategies using industry insights
  • Offer strategic guidance to maximize digital marketing effectiveness
  • Utilize industry learnings for integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Stay informed about technological advancements and trends

Execution Excellence:

  • Lead large, complex engagements involving multiple teams
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and oversee project delivery
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams
  • Ensure successful project delivery and enhance partnerships
  • Communicate customer feedback and issues to internal teams for resolution
