Your role will involve contributing to SAP's global strategy of aiding customers in adopting SAP S/4HANA to progress towards becoming intelligent enterprises.
  • Understand customer business objectives, goals, and hurdles to propose appropriate solutions and services
  • Assist in the adoption of new services/solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP)
  • Manage all phases of the engagement delivery lifecycle
  • Analyze customer technical needs, coordinate expert teams, and drive resolution ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance on utilizing Agile/Scrum practices to delight customers, shaping and monitoring the Scrum processes and meetings, and facilitating the team's progress towards shared goals by removing impediments
What you bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills to effectively handle critical situations
  • Familiarity with best practices like code reviews and automated testing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Robust leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members towards goal achievement and delivering high-quality products
  • A continuous learning mindset to stay informed about the latest trends and practices in agile and project management, along with a solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and experience in their application in software development projects
  • Exceptional facilitation and coaching abilities to guide teams through the agile process and help overcome challenges
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Problem-solving acumen to identify and address issues and conflicts within the team or organization, coupled with leadership abilities to drive team members towards success and product delivery
  • Experience in scaling agile working models and a preference for Agile methodology certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner)
