About the team:

A global Talent COE – L&D consisting of technology learning consultants and behavioral learning consultants and are into performance consulting, content development & delivery and program management. They cater primarily to the learning and development requirements of the global Chief technology Organization and roll up to Learning Director based out of HQ. T

What you will be doing:

  • Program Management
  • Data Analytics
  • Data interpretation
  • Development PowerPoint presentation- Updates, content
  • Extensive usage of PowerPoint, Excel, Data crunching, Macro, Power BI & Canva tools
  • Facilitate junior level professionals in basic program orientation.

What you bring

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – Written as well as in facilitating.
  • Good academic background –Strong Foundation
  • Analytical & Numerical ability to analyze and interpret data and formulate trend analysis, reports, presentations.
  • Data Analytics – Experience
  • Natural facilitation skills due to excellent communication and confidence
  • Willing to learn Mind set. Curios and creative. Strong can-do attitude and fast pace to work in agile environment.
  • Willing to take up challenges in a fast-paced innovative environment and eager to pick up new skills and new ways of working in a high technology driven environment.
  • Willing to work in a global environment with stakeholders in the US, India, Philippines, EMEA and APAC region.
  • Shall report to Leader based out of HQ Jax
