You'll make a difference by:

An InstructionalDesign (ID) or Learning Experience Design (LXD) expert with a strongunderstanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies. A creativepowerhouse who can develop engaging scenarios, activities, and assessments thatgo beyond the traditional eLearning format. A wordsmith withthe ability to craft clear, concise, and captivating learning content. A skilledstoryteller who can weave narratives that resonate with the target audience. Adept at usingmultimedia elements like images, audio, and video to create visually appealinglearning experiences. A team player whothrives in a collaborative environment.

Your success is grounded in:

Collaborate withSubject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand learning objectives and content. Design and developengaging and interactive eLearning modules using adult learning principlesleveraging different authoring tools such as Articulate storyline, AdobeCaptivate, SAP Enable Now, and video development tools such as Vyond, Canva,Pawtoon etc.. Craft creativescenarios, activities, gamified elements, and assessments to make learning funand effective. Develop engagingscripts and content for the eLearning modules. Work closely withthe development team to integrate multimedia elements seamlessly. Stay updated on thelatest eLearning trends and technologies.
