Location:
Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: 20k – 40k (As per Market Standard)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.


Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth or improvement.

Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals in a manner that meets the company's objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.


Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience:
Previous experience in sales,with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and influence others.

Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze sales data identifies trends, and draws actionable insights to drive sales performance.

Self-Motivated:
Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and a strong drive to succeed.

Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
