Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's shortterm and longterm goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to optimize their performance and foster professional growth
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract highquality candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection: Oversee the endtoend recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. Partner with marketing and communications teams to create compelling employer branding content and promote the company's values, culture, and career opportunities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership to provide insights into talent acquisition performance and trends.
  • Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to support talent acquisition efforts as needed. Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA with 810 yrs of experience in Recruitment and 3 yrs in the similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • Preferrably from Health care sector
