Role Overview
  • Execute and organize Family Release twice a year to provide Partners with the latest assets promptly
  • Execute and manage Store Release twice a year to ensure Partners have timely access to the latest assets and enablement
  • Execute and oversee the rollout of all new products (NPI) to support Partner Capacity and Practice objectives
  • Lead the Program Management for our Partner Enablement plan alongside GenAI
  • Monitor and maintain the internal new product tool and other relevant tools or resources with the most up-to-date status for NPI/GenAI to keep leadership informed in a timely manner. Notify leadership promptly of any risks and proposed mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams focused on partners across the organization such as Partner Marketing, Partner Solutions, and Partner Programs to ensure a comprehensive partner strategy
  • Demonstrate strong project management abilities throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and task completion within set timelines
  • Conduct essential data analysis of enablement programs to guarantee effective resource delivery by the team
  • Identify knowledge and process gaps and collaborate with internal and external leadership at all levels to swiftly implement necessary training and tools to address these gaps
Qualifications

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 - 8 years of experience in partner ecosystem(mandatory) organizations within IT or software demonstrating successful execution of enablement programs for partners
  • Bachelor's degree necessary; MBA or advanced degree desirable
  • PMI-PMP certification considered an asset
  • Understanding of the motivations driving our partner community, internal stakeholders, and sales teams
  • Familiarity with analytics of customer/partner relationship management systems
  • Ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exhibit diplomacy, integrity, and presence enabling effective collaboration across all levels in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Possess a positive attitude, a clear sense of purpose, and a passion for impactful work
  • Display enthusiasm for Partners and the ServiceNow Community
