About the internship:

Rezili Assist Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a fulfillment and vendor management specialist. This is a full-time on-site role for a Fulfillment Specialist at our Jaipur location. The Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for packing orders Picking up items from different shops

and

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order processing

2. Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment strategies

3. Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery to customers

4. Implement efficient order fulfillment workflows and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement

5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, serving as the main point of contact for vendor-related matters

6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the company

7. Evaluate vendor performance regularly and address any performance issues or concerns promptly

8. Collaborate with vendors to streamline procurement processes and improve product quality and availability

9. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records

10. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations

11. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future inventory needs
