Operations Coordinator

How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible to enable our network sales growth through exceptional customer serivce, operational excellence and efficient administration to optimize flows and maximize inventory available. You will represent Cartier Operations through excellent communication and collaboration with partners and retailers, you will be the main point of contact for every matter related to stock availability, replenishment, returns and stock improvements. In addition you will ensure the best delivery lead times of orders in collaboration with the distribution center, central operations, finance and Richemont customer service.
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You are a recent graduate of Supply Chain or similar field, prior knowledge of Excel or SAP, with 1-2 years prior work experience.
