Lead - Solutions

What you will do:

At a leadership role we need the person should be well experienced in Transitioning of ERP/accounting, Client Implementation, Client Solutions and Stakeholder management along with Presales Experience. Proven experience (10 years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a Vice President of Global Accounting or equivalent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accounting software like Xero, , Sage, QBO, QBD.

- Transitioning of ERP/accounting, Client Implementation, Client Solutions and Stakeholder management.

- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

- Experience leading and developing high-performing global accounting teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and geographies.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.

- Proficient in financial systems and technologies.

Your Role Includes:

Financial Leadership:

- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the organization, collaborating closely with the CFO and other executive leaders.

- Drive the development and execution of global accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing global accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for the accounting team members.

Global Accounting Operations:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the global accounting function, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Compliance:

- Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure a smooth audit process.

Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial and strategic plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.

Systems and Technology:

- Evaluate and enhance accounting systems and technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Implement best practices in financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
