Manager- Private Equity


Role and Responsibilities:

What you will do:

- Should have an in depth knowledge of all the Private Equity processes

- Should have the ability to perform daily, monthly, quarterly and annual activities as assigned.

- Hands-on experience in calculation, booking and reviewing of deal wise fees like Management, Incentive/carry forward etc.

- Preparation and review of Financial Statement and Investor Reports including capital calls, distribution schedules, notices etc.

- Detailed understanding of preparing quarter end Work Papers, Trial Balance and other Financial Statements

- Co-ordinate with different teams (both internal and external) to perform various daily/monthly/quarterly tasks.

- Monitoring and follow up on aged and significantly sized breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution by following up with various stakeholders as required.

- Should ensure to keep various stakeholders informed about any issues and the reasons thereof on a timely manner along with a plan of action.

- Ensure all the deliverables are achieved as per defined timelines and with expected quality

- Perform Root Cause Analysis of the problem and escalate to Manager as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors / master's degree in accounting/CA/ICWA/MBA

- Between 5-10 years of PE fund accounting experience

- Knowledge of Paxus will be an added advantage.

- High level of proficiency in Excel and Word

Good to have:

- Management experience; strong communication skills, thorough understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; organizational skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; multi- tasking skills.

Shift Timing:

Shift between 12 pm to 2 am.
