About the role

We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our People Operations team with the People function. The People Operations team is responsible for end to end lifecycle management and employee experience. The Individual will manage processes on a day-to-day basis, and hence be best placed to identify issues and improvement opportunities for the business. The right incumbent needs to be process oriented and have an automaton mindset.

Roles and responsibilities

Operations & administration End-to-end employee life cycle management from Onboarding to Separation Efficient data management, staying up to date on the HRIS - Darwinbox and other people databases in a timely manner Update, manage & implement the company's policies and resources Accountable data quality, compliance adherence, system administration and troubleshooting Responsible for mapping processes, looking for simplification and automation opportunities and partnering with Darwinbox to implement enhanced processes through a project management mindset Serve as first point of contact of people questions and concerns ensuring outstanding employee focus by delivering value-add, best in class (HR) support Data & Analytics Attrition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and people strategy analysis. Source, clean, visualize and interpret data to help multi-level stakeholders understand their organization, team and people's stories better in order to make more effective decisions. Efficiency through AI for people processes. Ensure best practices are followed for data capture and tracking Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests Compensation & benefits Plan, implement & manage the wellness and benefits offered - Medical insurance, Employee assistance program, Wellness, etc Partner with payroll to ensure error free data to process salaries Partner with external vendors for ESOP administration. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely and accurate roll out of ESOP letters Manage the ESOP management tool - Qapita for employee additions, deactivations and letter rollouts Employer branding Notable increase in traffic on LinkedIn Life Page and WeWork India Career Website, Launch of alumni efforts, Newsletters Design and deliver innovative communications to share people initiatives and increase employee advocacy and talent engagement Audit & Compliance Manage the internal audit cycles & labor consultant requests with no notable findings Ensure internal processes & practices are compliant to standard operating procedures and policies and labor laws Vendor management Contract management and liaison for Medical insurance, Employee Assistance Program, HRIS - Darwinbox, background verification vendor etc.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/ Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4 - 8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Employee lifecycle management or other experience driving operational efficiency and automation projects. Prior knowledge or ability to understand People/HR processes, HRIS tools and practicesKnowledge of local employment legislations and legal requirements or ability to learn and understand the same. High degree of attention to detailProficiency in data analysis and storytelling using data insightsExperience with publishing dashboards and management reporting A solution oriented and growth mind-set; curious to explore and eager to learn, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Honesty and Integrity - Demonstrates credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.Innovative - has the ability to think outside the box; willing to take calculated risks with innovative solution approaches.Resilient, adaptable and adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.Works well with cross-functional teams; overcomes obstacles by collaborating with others in the teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
