  • Understand the business of the assigned Industry segments, their needs by analysing the Product, Market, Customer, Competition and regulatory environment.
  • Build & Maintain C-suite relationship within Industry
  • Build Industry aligned solution portfolios in collaboration with SBUs
  • Responsible & accountable for achieving the Revenue and Margin targets from the BFS Segment.
  • Responsible for identifying all the accounts & work with RM & CSM in assigning accounts.
  • Conduct timely meetings, make sales presentations and induct the new joinees & existing team in upgrading their knowledge and guide them to deliver the desired results with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct research on current trends of the segments & update self & Team with the required information as applicable.
  • Regularly interact with clients to get more insights on the Product potentials and offer insights about product potentials to the concerned Sales team.
  • Analysing the inputs of the Market and recommend, initiate and execute actions to achieve the business plan and provide critical input to the Head -Integrated Account Management & CEO for taking Strategic decisions.
  • Handle any additional responsibilities as and when given
