The Opportunity

Join our team as a core member of the Finance and Accounting department. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to provide Finance and Accounts solutions for our global client base.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining books and records for various financial activities
  • Reviewing Financial Statements and associated reports
  • Communication of account transactions with internal and external clients
  • Coordination of payments and other transactions
  • Supervising production analysts and overseeing their work
  • Being the primary contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all client expectations
  • Addressing all escalations promptly
  • Being the primary contact for interdepartmental reports
  • Directing the team to manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables efficiently
  • Monitoring the progress of team members for training and development

Requirements for this role include

  • 4-5 years of accounting experience in financial services sectors, particularly Hedge Fund Accounting
  • Experience in reviewing Financial Statements
  • User experience with enterprise accounting system
  • 4-5 years of MS-Excel experience utilizing Formulas, Tables, Formatting, Conditional Formatting, Charting, Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting
  • Independently handling client calls and reviews
  • Supervisory skills with 2-3 years of team management
  • B.Com educational qualification desired
