The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for completing defined processes and procedures within the deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee service and administrative functions in the pickup and delivery area.

Identify and resolve anomalies based on rules and procedures.

Understand logistics partner scan/website shipment movement, etc.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Utilize Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel and PC skills for data analysis.

Exhibit problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including escalation handling and convincing.

Demonstrate leadership, team working, planning, and organizing skills with attention to detail.
