Belhem Hospitality is hiring a Warehouse Executive to provide supervisory support for day-to-day coordination of team activities. The role involves ensuring processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently, aligning team activities with company goals and regulatory requirements. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for completing defined processes and procedures within the deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee service and administrative functions in the pickup and delivery area.

- Identify and resolve anomalies based on rules and procedures.

- Understand logistics partner scan/website shipment movement, etc.

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

- Utilize Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel and PC skills for data analysis.

- Exhibit problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including escalation handling and convincing.

- Demonstrate leadership, team working, planning, and organizing skills with attention to detail.
