Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Commercial Leasing Manager.

This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of property documentation, rental agreements, client negotiations, administrative government liaising, property taxes, and related tasks for our group companies.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in commercial real estate leasing and possess strong negotiation skills along with a keen understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of commercial leasing activities for the group companies, including but not limited to property documentation, lease agreements, and rental negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth leasing transactions.
  • Negotiate favorable lease terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective properties, assessing suitability and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel to draft, review, and finalize lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to property leasing, including documentation, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for leasing activities.
  • Monitor and manage property taxes, ensuring timely payment and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and legislative changes impacting commercial real estate leasing.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on leasingrelated matters, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Custodian of all documentation related to Commercial, Residential, as well as all Land parcels of the group company
  • Work with Business & Legal team to help support with execution of Sale Deeds, Registration, Conveyance deeds etc
  • Support any liaison activity and work related for all group company properties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably within the industrial or commercial sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex lease agreements.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements governing commercial leasing activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
