Position:
Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Support Process

Required Skills:
Coordinating with clients to ensure deliverables are completed as per schedule and requirement.
Editing raw files shared by clients.
Delivering communication assignments with speed, superior quality, and as per requirements.
Marketing add-on services/newly launched services.
Interacting with existing clients through teleconversation, emails, and chats.
Promoting company services.
Handling customer care objectives.
Coordinating with senior managers on sales matters.
No cold calling, no field job.
Client management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Managing multiple clients effectively.
Team player with good coordination skills.
Time management and disciplined approach.
Basic computer skills, comfortable with mailing and chatting.

Note:
Candidates with experience in B2B Services, SEO Services, and Website Selling Services will be given preference. Candidates with experience in Domestic/International BPO in outbound processes dealing with the service industry will also be given preference.
