Within our commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization, we are undergoing a transformation to enhance decision-making throughout the entire commercialization process. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a HHDDA Operational Excellence (OE) SharePoint & Power Apps developer to help us achieve operational excellence through innovation and automation. In this role, you will:
  • Support HHI expansion to new regions and manage budgets and vendors for teams within HHDDA
  • Monitor budget planning and execution of forecast cycles
  • Create PR/POs, submit accruals, and update project systems
  • Execute vendor management program and strategies for operational excellence
  • Lead monthly budget reviews and provide recommendations to leadership teams
  • Analyze budget spending vs. actuals to identify trends
  • Identify risks and opportunities and conduct gap analysis
  • Develop budgets, track forecasts, and leverage automation tools
  • Document best practices, processes, and frameworks for standardization
  • Collaborate with the OE team to improve processes
Required Skills/Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, data and analytics with 8-10 years of experience in budget and vendor management
  • Ability to multitask, analyze data, and work with global teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, and Excel
  • Experience with tools like SAP, Ariba, Clarity, and analytical tools such as Power BI
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide solutions proactively
Desired Skills/Experiences:
  • Business acumen in data and analytics
  • Experience in healthcare/biopharma industry
