Specialist – HHDDA Operational Excellence Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leveraging data, analytics, and insights to drive decision-making and address significant health challenges. Within our commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization, we are undergoing a transformation to enhance decision-making throughout the entire commercialization process. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a HHDDA Operational Excellence (OE) SharePoint & Power Apps developer to help us achieve operational excellence through innovation and automation. In this role, you will:- Support HHI expansion to new regions and manage budgets and vendors for teams within HHDDA
- Monitor budget planning and execution of forecast cycles
- Create PR/POs, submit accruals, and update project systems
- Execute vendor management program and strategies for operational excellence
- Lead monthly budget reviews and provide recommendations to leadership teams
- Analyze budget spending vs. actuals to identify trends
- Identify risks and opportunities and conduct gap analysis
- Develop budgets, track forecasts, and leverage automation tools
- Document best practices, processes, and frameworks for standardization
- Collaborate with the OE team to improve processes
- Bachelor's degree in IT, data and analytics with 8-10 years of experience in budget and vendor management
- Ability to multitask, analyze data, and work with global teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, and Excel
- Experience with tools like SAP, Ariba, Clarity, and analytical tools such as Power BI
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide solutions proactively
- Business acumen in data and analytics
- Experience in healthcare/biopharma industry
