Responsibilities
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams. Provide solutions and workarounds for software bugs and system failures.Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed root cause analysis to identify underlying issues in software and systems. Document findings and provide recommendations for preventing future occurrences.Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers and engineers to understand product functionalities and contribute to the improvement of the product based on support feedback.Technical Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge of the software products and underlying technologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and technical manuals.Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 support teams. Conduct training sessions to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. Implement performance improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or software development. Prior experience in an L3 support role is preferred.Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET technologies.Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux).Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS).Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
