Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Soft Skills Required:

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy.

Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore

Eligibility:

  • Relevant work experience of 3 to 7 Years in B2B/ IT sales
  • Candidates should hold a B.Tech degree(CS / IT / Electronics) (MBA will be a plus)
  • Brownie points for the members of the placement team of the institution or during MBA
  • Brownie points if candidates have participated in campus engagements during their graduation/postgraduation
  • Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference.
  • Candidates with any kind of IT product sales background will be preferred
