POSITION SUMMARY
Our roles revolve around more than just smooth check-ins and check-outs. What we aim for is to craft an unforgettable and exceptional experience for our guests. Our Guest Experience Experts are proactive in offering an array of services that assist guests throughout their entire stay. They have the freedom to navigate their environment and handle tasks efficiently. Whether it's managing operational requirements, fulfilling guest needs, compiling reports, or showcasing local attractions, our Guest Experience Experts ensure that every interaction adds value to the guest's journey.

No matter which role you hold, there are key elements crucial for success - establishing a safe environment, adhering to company protocols, preserving confidentiality, safeguarding company resources, maintaining quality benchmarks, and presenting yourself in a professional manner regarding attire and communication. Guest Experience Experts are expected to be physically active (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and approach tasks with a hands-on attitude (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling items weighing up to 10 pounds unaided). Executing these responsibilities effectively (along with other reasonable duties as assigned) is vital for Guest Experience Experts to consistently meet the needs of our guests and uphold our business standards.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
