Your key responsibilities will be:

Implement and manage sophisticated Jira configurations to optimize functionality for diverse business processes.

Ensure seamless data flow by integrating Jira with other critical systems and configuring third-party tool integrations.

Tailor Jira Service Desk configurations to meet specific service management needs, implementing automation rules and SLAs.

Administer user access and permissions at scale, providing training and support on Jira's advanced features.

Monitor and optimize Jira performance for large user bases, addressing bottlenecks and enhancing system scalability.

Enforce security policies and compliance standards within the Atlassian platform, conducting regular audits of user access and permissions.

Develop custom scripts for automation, utilizing various tools to streamline processes.

Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks.

Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor initiatives for Reporting to stakeholders

Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities.

Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage

Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support
