About the internship:Business Development Internship Opportunity at CollabAdda

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research within target industries to identify potential clients.

2. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels like online research, networking events, and social media to generate leads.

3. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing CollabAdda's services and identifying collaboration opportunities.

4. Prospecting: Identify decision-makers within target organizations via phone calls and emails.

5. Pitching: Articulate the benefits of CollabAdda's services to potential clients, emphasizing how our platform adds value to their marketing strategies.

6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, nurturing them through the sales funnel.

7. Follow-up: Implement effective follow-up strategies to convert leads into clients.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Prior sales or business development experience is a plus.

6. Must be able to carry a laptop to the office.

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (In-office)

Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Duration and Compensation:

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Additional Incentives: 2% commission on successful lead conversions
