Chief Marketing Officer - AlcoBev - Delhi

About the Role:

- We are looking for a Marketing Head to lead our marketing team and oversee all aspects of our marketing strategy, campaigns, and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing plans that align with our business goals and brand identity. You will also manage our marketing budget, monitor and analyse the performance of our marketing efforts, and optimize our marketing channels and tactics.

- As Marketing Head, you should ideally have a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and teams. You should be able to communicate clearly and persuasively with various stakeholders, including senior management, customers, partners, and media.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that support our business objectives and increase our brand awareness and market share.

- Manage and coordinate the marketing team and external agencies, ensuring that they deliver high quality work on time and within budget.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities, using relevant KPIs and metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs, and adjust our marketing strategy accordingly.

- Manage and optimize our marketing channels and platforms, such as website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and PR.

- Create and oversee the production and distribution of engaging and compelling marketing content and materials, including trade collaterals, videos, and press releases.

- Plan and execute online and offline marketing events and campaigns, such as trade shows, ATL events, and surrogate advertising.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners, media, and industry influencers, and leverage them to enhance our brand reputation and visibility.

- Stay updated on the latest alcobev industry news, developments, and best practices, and ensure that our marketing strategy and activities reflect them.

What are we looking for?

- Qualification: Post Graduation in any domain

- Experience: 10-15 years in similar industries. Due preference would be given to experience with AlcoBev

- Outstanding organizational and brand management skill

- Excellent communication and the ability to understand the customers needs

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and intense environment.

- Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Passionate about alcobev and innovation.
