As a Rewards Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive rewards programs aimed at enhancing customer loyalty, retention and acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer behaviour, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to create and manage effective rewards initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design and Strategy:

- Develop and execute a strategic vision for rewards programs aligned with organizational goals.

- Analyze market trends and competitor programs to ensure the company's rewards offerings remain competitive and innovative.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rewards programs seamlessly into overall business strategies.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and other relevant departments to align rewards programs with broader business objectives.

- Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to leverage technology for program implementation and measurement.

3. Program Implementation:

- Oversee the deeper roll-out of our rewards programs, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible across relevant platforms.

- Coordinate with internal and external partners to integrate reward mechanisms into existing systems or applications.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of rewards programs.

- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

5. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage budgets for rewards programs, ensuring cost- effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

- Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms for program components.

6. Communication and Marketing:

- Develop communication strategies to promote and explain rewards programs to target audiences.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure that rewards programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the implementation and management of rewards initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in designing and managing rewards programs.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

- Knowledge of relevant technology and platforms for program implementation.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects related to rewards programs.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in program management or project management.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and loyalty program software.

- Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
