Manager – Strategic Forecasting:

The Global Commercial Assessment & Forecasting (GCAF) team is dedicated to forecasting pharmaceutical assets' long-term potential. As a Manager – Strategic Forecasting, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and delivering forecasts, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving innovation within our commercialization process.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for one/multiple therapy areas – demonstrating good pharmaceutical knowledge and project management capability
  • Responsible for delivering forecasts and analytical solutions using strategic and statistical techniques
  • Collaborate across multiple functions to enhance forecasting capabilities and drive decision-making processes
  • Drive innovation and efficiency gains in forecasting processes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver forecasts in a timely manner
  • Contribute to evolving offerings through innovation and standardization

Qualification and skills:

  • Engineering / Management / Pharma post-graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Working knowledge of advanced analytics techniques
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical functions
