Job Description

Manager – Strategic Forecasting

Our Human Health Division upholds a "patient first, profits later" philosophy. It comprises sales, marketing, market access, digital analytics, and commercial professionals dedicated to bringing our medicines to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a collaborative environment to implement advanced forecasting techniques
  • Manage one or multiple therapy areas demonstrating strong pharmaceutical knowledge and project management skills
  • Develop forecasts and analytical solutions using strategic and statistical techniques
  • Enhance forecasting capabilities by identifying key insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure forecast accuracy and inform decision-making
  • Innovate and automate processes to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts among stakeholders
  • Deliver forecasts efficiently with allocated resources
  • Determine optimal forecasting methods based on context, data availability, accuracy, and timelines
  • Contribute to innovation and automation of offerings, models, and processes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Candidates with Engineering, Management, or Pharma post-graduate degrees and at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations and range forecasting
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of pharmaceutical functions
