About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead and mentor a team of telesales representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identifying new lead generation opportunities and maximizing conversion rates.

3. Coach and train your team on product knowledge, effective communication techniques, and objection handling.

4. Analyze sales data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimize call scripts.

5. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements.

6. Set challenging yet achievable sales targets and motivate your team to consistently exceed them.

7. Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent and compelling sales message.
