The Team Leader will be expected to oversee, direct and have responsibility for a number of associates and will have overall responsibility for maximizing team performance across a market where his/her team is engaged

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduation not required

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and motivating a team in an operational set up along with bringing up innovative ideas in team performance

Key Tasks and Activities

● Oversee and manage an operations team of data evaluators

● Overall responsibility for delivering operations for team including workflow, scheduling, quality, productivity, policy adherence.

● Manage and coach associates, individuals and team performance against expected productivity metrics and targets

● Manage team shrinkage/ attrition within the set target

● Drive consistencies across the entire market in conjunction with other team leads

● Reviewing working practices and processes and implementing improvements in order to improve productivity, service levels and user experience

● Driving team motivation to exceed targets

● coaching/developing the associates who are direct reportees

● Handling or raising escalations as appropriate with Google Management team

● Liaising with global teams and management as appropriate

● Overseeing and supporting changes to services, policies, procedures, resources and facilities in order to positively and flexibly meet business requirements.
